GM Events has appointed SITE Event Logistics as the official logistics partner for the exhibition. With a global network of offices, SITE offers tailored shipping solutions, full documentation support, and priority delivery for exhibitors who book directly with them.
To ensure your materials arrive safely and on time, exhibitors are strongly advised to ship via SITE's advanced receiving warehouse rather than sending items directly to the venue.

Option 1
All-Inclusive Freight Package
A complete, hassle-free solution that includes:
- Collection from your premises
- International transport and customs clearance
- Direct delivery to your exhibition stand
Option 2
Advanced Receiving Warehouse
Ideal for courier or smaller shipments:
- Shipments delivered to SITE's warehouse before the event
- SITE manages transportation and final delivery to your stand

Please allow sufficient time for transit and customs clearance when planning your shipment.
Important Information
The venue cannot act as the importer of record
Exhibitors must contact SITE early to obtain warehouse addresses and import instructions
Shipping directly to the venue is not recommended
GM Events is not responsible for lost or misplaced items shipped directly to the venue
All shipments must be sent with duties and taxes paid at origin
