Exhibition Terms & Guidelines
The following terms and guidelines are intended to support a safe, well-organized, and successful exhibition experience for all participants.
Organizer and Operations
- GM Events is responsible for managing the exhibition and on-site operations.
- Stand locations may be adjusted by the Organizer if required.
- On-site support will be available during setup, event days, and dismantling.
Exhibition Guidelines
- Inspect your stand space before setup and report any pre-existing damage immediately.
- All displays and branding must stay within your allocated stand area.
- Emergency exits and aisles must always remain clear.
- Structural changes to stands are not permitted.
- Setup and dismantling schedules must be strictly followed.
- Dismantling may only begin after the official event closes and hall clearance.
Exhibitor Access
- Only confirmed/registered exhibitors are permitted access to and participation in the exhibition area.
- All exhibitor representatives must be registered by the deadline to receive access badges.
Liability and Responsibility
- Exhibitors are responsible for their own personnel, equipment, and materials at all times.
- The Organizer and venue are not liable for loss or damage caused by theft, fire, weather, or force majeure events.
Customs and Shipping
- Exhibitors are fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and shipping arrangements.
- The Organizer and venue do not manage or cover customs-related charges.
